I’ve been in and around property since I was 19 — renovating homes (getting the work done!!....brickies, labourers, landscaping, demos, tiling…creating a big appreciation for quality trades!) styling spaces - learning how buildings actually work from the ground up. That wasn’t a career plan. It was just what I did, and it turned out to be the best education I could have got.
Over the past 25 years I’ve worked across renovations, new builds, commercial design and build, spatial design, planning approvals, builder relationships, and property sales.
Most people in this industry know one part of the picture. I know the whole - which means I can see problems coming before they land on you, and I can usually see solutions the other people in the room can’t.
I’m not a builder. I’m not a planner. I’m not purely a sales agent.
